AMC Type 1 Year Terms

  • All Hardware Calls Maximum 5 Calls / Year / Machine.
  • The system will be restored in minimum one day and maximum depends on the problem with the PC.
  • Free Phone, Installation of OS and Software as Required. Basic software troubleshooting
  • Free Quarterly Report regarding status of all computer systems (working status).
  • Re installation and Configuration of Machine.
  • Preventive Maintenance to reduce downtime like running diagnostic tests to ensure if all the components are working fine. Half yearly OS (Windows) Tune-up
  • We provide detailed report regarding status of system and necessary changes required to reduce downtime.
  • Internet Access Restrictions and Sharing.
  • Network Analysis and Load Distribution.
  • File and Printer Sharing with proper Security.
  • Firewall implementation.
  • Configuring Modem ISDN, ADSL, SDSL, Routers, Switches, Hubs, Physical Firewalls, Wireless and/or Mobile Computing.
  • Manual configuring TCP/IP in Class A and B. Setting up proxy.
  • Network Administration - Setting up Administrator / Guest / Custom rights on system in a network. Setting up proxy servers with or without password protection. Setting up access passwords to folder and hardware.
